2004
The sign project started in 2004 as one of a concrete theme of "town and heart barrier free committee". The first stage emphasized the road sign improvement from Musashi-kosugi station to the city hall and then issued the sign manual. The second stage was within a radius of 500m of Musashi-kosugi station and the project is still ongoing more widely based on the sign manual.
